Live event painting is a unique art form where I create a painting on-site during an event. While the moments unfold, I document the atmosphere, the key elements, and the energy on the canvas. Each brushstroke reflects the event’s story, resulting in a one-of-a-kind keepsake for clients.

I blend realism with abstraction, layering scenes and emotions. My style is modern and sophisticated, focusing on symbolic elements that tell the story of the event.

2. How Do You Approach Weddings?

Weddings are magical events, and my approach is all about weaving multiple moments into a single composition. I incorporate scenes like the ceremony, the first dance, the cake cutting, and cocktail hour into one cohesive wedding painting.

The process begins with a clean white canvas, but before I start painting, I always write a special message on it. This hidden detail becomes part of the artwork’s foundation. The message could be the couple’s hashtag, the wedding date, their new last name, or one of my favorites—a surprise note like “SURPRISE" Love from Mom and Dad” or whoever gifted the painting.

This not only makes the painting more personal but also creates a fun moment of surprise for the couple and guests. Seeing their reaction as they realize it’s a heartfelt gift is one of the highlights of the process for me.

3. What Makes Your Corporate Event Paintings Unique?

Corporate events often have a distinct theme or purpose, and I reflect that in my paintings. Whether it’s a product launch, company milestone, or conference, I integrate logos, symbols, and key event elements.

For example, at a corporate anniversary celebration, I might incorporate the company’s timeline or iconic moments in the design. My aim is to create a visually engaging piece that resonates with the brand while celebrating the occasion.

4. How Do You Handle Fundraisers and Charity Events?

Fundraisers are close to my heart. Live painting at these events creates an interactive experience that draws people in. Often, the completed painting is auctioned off to raise funds for the cause.

My approach is to capture the spirit of the evening while aligning with the charity’s mission. For example, I might highlight key themes like hope, resilience, or community through the use of color and symbolic imagery.

5. What’s Your Creative Process Like?

During the event, I set up a traveling art studio in a visible area, allowing guests to watch as the painting evolves. I am always dressed appropriately for these elegant occasions, typically in cocktail attire and high heels. As the painting process unfolds, my dress inevitably becomes part of the performance—splattered with paint, it transforms into its own piece of art. This adds a layer of organic storytelling to the experience and often becomes a fascinating conversation starter for guests.

Some of my paint-covered dresses have become keepsakes themselves—I’ve even auctioned for charities, adding another dimension to the creative journey.
