Blue Monday ...after a string of intense hours traveling and painting several events in the last couple of weeks I crashed into my bed like a bear in winter this past weekend. I'm excited to just hang out in my studio and explore in my head via my hands for the next couple of weeks. I've learned (the hard way) that restoring and replenishing is a very important part of the creative process. You have to stop and refuel if you want to keep going, otherwise you burn out that engine....and ain't nobody got time for that! #chill #creativeprocess #refuel #theartistsway
